Field Rentals
Pricing
$90 per field, per 2-hour rental
Availability
Fields are available in 2-hour rental increments on weekdays and weekends, including afternoon and evening times, based on the facility schedule.
Standard evening rental slots include:

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Requests are approved first-come, first-served, so we recommend submitting your preferred dates as early as possible within the seasonal rental schedule.
Requirements

Teams & organizations: Certificate of Insurance (COI) required.

Individual rentals: All participants must complete a facility waiver if a COI is not available.

All renters: Renters must review and acknowledge facility rental policies.
Renters are responsible for the proper care of the facility and equipment. Additional charges may apply for damaged property or failure to follow facility policies.
Cage Rentals
Pricing
$30 per cage, per hour rental
Availability
Batting cages are available in 1-hour rental increments. Requests are approved on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend submitting your preferred dates and times as early as possible.
Seasonal Rental Schedule
We operate our field rentals on a seasonal schedule. Rental availability opens one month before the start of each season.
Summer Season
Season: May 1 – August 31
Rental Release Date: April 1
Fall Season
Season: September 1 – December 31
Rental Release Date: August 1
Spring Season
Season: January 1 – April 30
Rental Release Date: December 1
Please note: Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis once each season’s release date arrives and must be submitted via email to info@travisfields.com.
